Refund Policy
If a swimmer chooses to drop from the team, written notification of the drop and refund request must be sent to the Team President and the Membership Chair. Please email your notice to: [email protected] and [email protected].
Refunds for regular summer team registration will be paid out as follows:
• 100% refund, less $50 (per swimmer), if request is received before the first day of practice (April 14, 2025)
• 50% refund if request is received after April 14, 2025 but before June 6, 2025
• 0% refund if request is received after June 6, 2025
Alternatively, if the coach and swimmer's parents determine that a child is not ready to swim and should wait another year, an 85% refund will be paid, provided this determination is made prior to June 9, 2025.
Little Stingers Refund Policy
100 % refund minus $50 (per swimmer) for cancellation before June 8, 2025. 0% refund after June 9,2025.
Spring Clinic Refund Policy
100% for cancellations before March 9, 2025, 0% on or after March 10, 2025. There will be no grace period applied to this refund policy.
Fall Swim Refund Policy
100% for cancellations before August 24, 2025, 0% on or after August 25, 2025. There will be no grace period applied to this refund policy.
