Board of Directors
Sycamore Stingrays Swim Team is a recreational swim club, and is run by an elected Board of Directors, which meets each month. All team members are welcome at each meeting and are encouraged to be involved in team activities and fundraisers.
- Responsiblities of our Board of Directors:
- Represent the best interests of our membership and coaching staff
- Attend monthly SSST Board Meetings
- Attend and speak at Informational Parent Meeting
- Perform duties specific to each position

Co-Presidents
Team oversight: Including Board meetings, team coordinators and committees, sets agendas, runs board meetings, HOA relations, pool operations, coaching interviews, calendar planning, budget planning, team records, registration, meet oversight.
Carrie Kuenle & Megan Foseid
Vice President
Manages and oversees all operations and committees related to facilities and meets, including cafe, facilities, meet director. Assists the President.
Jamie Gardea & Austin Glimme
Coaches Liaison
Coach recruiting and hiring, interviews, management and support. Oversees budget and payroll of coaches, assists with Spring Clinic and Fall Clinic planning. Oversight of Little Stinger Program coaching.
Melissa Barale
Membership
This position connects with all members of our team during the registration process for summer, spring, and fall seasons. Helps manage reports and track registration payments.
Liana Favro
Treasurer
Manages and oversees budget creation and management, payroll and timecards, income and disbursements.
Grady Bond
VSA League Representative
VSA/Team Liaison, attends monthly VSA meetings, represents SSST opinions on league rules, Championship League Meet oversight.
Lindsey Langdon
Jobs Coordinator
Oversees job assignments and coordination for Dual Meets, Invitationals and Championship League Meet. Communicates with families regarding job responsibilities. Manages job positions at meets.
Tabatha Morrison
Secretary
This position in charge of ensuring the team follows the Bylaws and other legal and corporate obligations. Must also maintain a written record (minutes) of all Board meetings and special meetings involving the Board.
Gina Glimme
Board Advisor
The Advisory Board Member serves as the primary "in-house expert" for the swim team board, ensuring operational consistency through the preservation of legacy knowledge. This role provides strategic guidance on complex matters involving Homeowners Association (HOA) regulations and Valley Swim Association (VSA) league standards to maintain the team's historical integrity and legal standing.
